providing continuity and service levels no one else can meet.
Designed to meet your specific needs, three levels of service are available, each
of which can be customized to your precise specifications and budget. For example,
additional features such as preventative maintenance visits, site inspections, component
upgrades and Teleservice can be added to each service package so you get precisely
the level of service you need.
Ultimate Service
Our most complete service package. Ultimate Service offers 7 x 24 back up featuring
a 1-hour callback time on all service requests, and on-site arrival within four
hours of your call. All parts, labour, and travel expenses associated with the call
are included with Ultimate Service package. Two preventative maintenance inspections
are included and consist of a full mechanical inspection of the system, a full functional
test, battery test, cleaning, and environmental check. A detailed report is issued
at the conclusion of the visit detailing all finding and recommendations.
Premier Service
For a superior level of coverage, Premier Service is available Monday through Friday,
from 8.30am – 5.00pm, local time, perfect for most businesses. This program offers
two preventative maintenance inspections per annum consisting of a full mechanical
inspection of the system, a full functional test, battery test, cleaning, and environmental
check. A detailed report is issued at the conclusion of the visit detailing all
findings and recommendations. A maximum 1 hour callback time, with on-site arrival
of your Dataguard UPS SYSTEMS engineer on the next business day or sooner.All parts,
labour, and travel expenses associated with visiting your site are included in this
complete package.
Select Service
For a moderate level of coverage, Select Service offers two preventative maintenance
inspections, consisting of a full mechanical inspection of the system, a full functional
test, battery test, cleaning, and environmental check. A detailed report is issued
at the conclusion of the visit detailing all findings and recommendations. A discount
on parts and labour associated with corrective maintenance, 1-hour maximum callback
time, and next business day or sooner on-site arrival time. Parts, labour and travel
expenses associated with corrective maintenance are billed separately at discounted
time and material rates. ort Periodical site visit to check UPS, batteries, fans
etc and to clean Plan options may cover all parts, batteries (inside and outside
warranty period), labour, travel and accommodation if required.
